Production Schedule

Production of orders begins the first working day after approval of artwork for printing and does not include time in transit due to shipping. Unless otherwise stated, the regular turnaround for most portable display products is between three (3) to ten (10) business days. Orders with a turnaround time of less than three (3) business days automatically incur a rush service charge.

Rush Orders

After January 2017, a rush fee of 20% of the total order cost has been applied to all orders that require rush production from Exhibits Solution. This fee is non-refundable. Regarding rush jobs where Exhibits Solution has only a chance to fully produce the graphics, the graphics will not be guaranteed. In the event of any defects, Exhibits Solution with reprint the defective graphic/panel at the cost of 50% of the standard rate.

Printed Graphics

Your cooperation in giving us the broadest possible window to produce your product is appreciated. Should it be produced ahead of the estimated schedule, it will ship via the scheduled method and carrier.

Upon receiving your artwork, our in-house Graphics Department reviews the files to ensure that they meet the requirements and standards outlined in our specifications to produce the highest quality product. Should any modifications or changes need to be made, you will be notified, and the opportunity will be extended to you to make said changes and resubmit. If you prefer, our Graphics Department can make the necessary changes. Please note, however, that to utilize our in-house team, you are billed at a rate of $100.00 per hour with a minimum of 1 (one) hour of design time.

Upon review and approval of your artwork, you will receive a PDF proof of the product to come via email within one (1) business day of acceptable artwork being approved. After receiving the PDF proof, you must send an approval email before your job begins production. Production begins one working day after the approval email is received and acknowledged. PLEASE NOTE: The PDF proof is used purely to display proper sizing, art, and positioning. It is not to be used as a judge of appropriate resolution or color accuracy. A hard proof is required to judge resolution and color accuracy and costs $100.00 per proof. Please get in touch with us to learn more about this.

Upon receiving your approval, the production process takes three (3) to ten (10) business days. Production lead times begin counting from the date of acceptance, not from when an order was placed, or artwork received. Rush fees apply for graphics with a production time shorter than our standard lead-time. If your order is that of a product with ground shipping and less than our standard lead-time, one of our representatives will contact you.

Color Matching

At Exhibits Solution, we offer PMS color matching at $50 per PMS color. Our printers are digital and print in CMYK on both coated and uncoated materials, using PMS colors as a guide. What this means is that the colors are not guaranteed to be an exact match. It is STRONGLY encouraged to order a printed proof to seewhat the real-life product looks like. This allows changes to be made to your liking. Barring a printed proof being ordered, we will match as close as possible to the PMS colors provided, but we are not responsible for the colors not being printed to your liking. Please note that it is the client’s responsibility to bear shipping costs when ordering printed proofs. All submitted files should be print-ready. We are not liable or responsible for the accuracy of any ‘pre-designed artwork’ submitted by clients.

  • When making reorders, there MAY be slight color differencescompared to the original. This is due to subtle differences in ink formulations and materials.
  • In the event of submitted files that do not meet our bleed specs, Exhibits Solution reserves the right to add a border to the file(s) as necessary.
  • In the event of files submitted with the RGB color mode, you automatically authorize us to convert the file(s) to CMYK mode. (This WILL cause color shifting).
  • Only files accepted to Exhibits Solution or uploaded through our website will be accepted.

Ownership of Artwork

Images provided to Exhibits Solution remain the property of the rightful copyright holder. They will not be exhibited, posted, broadcast, published, sold, shared, traded, or used in any way or matter not consistent with or specified in this agreement with the express and written consent and permission of the rightful copyright holder.

As is a routine aspect of business, Exhibits Solution will take photographs of completed displays, exhibits, stands, etc. Exhibits Solution retains the right to use these images on its website and in promotional material with the express intent and to represent and market its work.

All graphic design elements (hereinafter referred to as “artwork” under these terms and conditions) created by Exhibits Solution are the sole and exclusive property of Exhibits Solution unless and until the rights to said artwork have been purchased, at which point the artwork becomes the sole and exclusive property of the purchaser (hereinafter referred to as “the customer” under these terms and conditions).

The elements of design work for the particular project remain the property of Exhibits Solution, which retains the rights for usage. The customer will have complete control and ownership (legal and otherwise) of the finished artwork, but Exhibits Solution reserves the right to the elements used to create the artwork. This can include but is not limited to typography, stock art, patterns, textures, and shapes. Other than for the promotional use of Exhibits Solution, all services provided by Exhibits Solution shall be for the exclusive use of the customer's said purposes only. Designs may not be used for other promotional items, websites, or printed materials without permission. Upon payment of all applicable fees and expenses, reproduction rights for all approved final designs created by Exhibits Solution for this project shall be given over to the said customer. The customer automatically grants permission to Exhibits Solution to showcase their artwork created by Exhibits Solution on the Exhibits Solution website. It is understood that no artwork displayed on the Exhibits Solution website can be used for any other purpose by any individual or company except the purchaser of the graphic design and/or the party/parties given permission by the purchaser to use the artwork.

After Payment

Upon receiving valid payment, Exhibits Solution bears the responsibility for sending artwork to the customer. Upon receipt of artwork by the customer, Exhibits Solution relinquishes responsibility for the artwork. Please note that we will continue to retain the artwork within our digital files for up to one (1) year of the date the order was placed.

Right to Refuse

Exhibits Solution retains the right of sole discretion in refusing to print anything. Though not necessary for Exhibits Solution to disclose, the reasons can range from anything deemed improper or illegal. The customer understands and acknowledges that Exhibits Solution, its agents, employees, parent company, or subsidiaries are not liable or responsible for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright law. The same applies to improper use of trade names or slogans. The Customer represents and guarantees that they have the proper and legal title of all matter (of any form) submitted to us for printing and/or publication. The Customer further understands and acknowledges that Exhibits Solution relies upon such representation and guarantee as grounds to engage in the printing of the Customer’s material.

Errors

Should an error be discovered in the Customer’s job subsequent to printing, the Customer bears the sole financial responsibility and must pay in full for the job. The Customer agrees thatif Exhibits Solution is liable for an error in quality of the print, liability is limited to a re-print of the Customer’s job no later than one (1) week after submission of claim by the Customer. To qualify for re-prints, the Customer must submit a claim to Exhibits Solution via writing or email within three (3) business days of receipt of the product. Under no circumstances will Exhibits Solution be held liable for any damages beyond those outlined in this paragraph or for any general, consequential, or special damages claimed to follow by reason of the error. Exhibits Solution may not be held liable for failure to print the Customer’s job due to flood, fire, riots, strikes, national holidays, shortages of material, orders of government, failure of transportation, illness, acts of God, or any other causes deemed reasonably beyond the control of Exhibits Solution. In such a case, this agreement will be suspended during the period of inability to perform and the terms extended for a like period. Neither party shall be liable to the other because of this suspension.

Shipping Methods

Exhibits Solution uses UPS and FedEx to ship all orders and products. A street address is a requirement for orders to be shipped. Please note that we do not deliver product orders to P.O. Boxes. Further, please note that production time does not include shipping time.

Time Critical Orders

Are you making an order with us with a firm date that isn’t flexible? Please let us know so when ordering online! When placing an order, use the “order notes” field to let us know which date you require your order to be in hand. Expedited shipping is often used with custom orders to meet client in-hand dates. One of our representatives will inform you of any additional shipping expenses prior to making any changes. Please note that no changes to your order will ever be made without your express permission and consent. We reserve the right and sole discretion to change carriers.

Shipping Damage

Should a product arrive damaged via shipping, claims must be reported to our customer service department within three (3) business days of receipt. Upon submitting such a claim, we may require photos documenting the damage to the container and/or product. Ensure that you choose “damaged” on the form when signing for the package. Should it be determined that the damage was the carrier’s fault, please note that they insure your shipment, and we will do our utmost to assist, expedite and rectify the situation. While we at Exhibits Solution strive to help our clients to the highest level possible, we do not automatically accept additional or expedited shipping charges incurred in shipping replacement products or repairs.

Missing Parts

Any claims on missing items or parts must be made within five (5) business days of receiving the order. Upon receiving your shipments, please verify items shipping and delivered against the packing list as soon as possible to ensure accuracy. If you suspect or discover that there are discrepancies, be sure to get in touch with our customer service department immediately.

Carrier Delays

Two of our company’s pillarsareour production and delivery efficiency. We make every effort to ensure that orders are produced and shipped on time in accordance with our guarantee. However, once the product leaves our facility, we have no control. Upon being picked up for delivery, the responsibility for timely arrival shifts to the carrier. Due to carrier delay issues, Exhibits Solution cannot be held liable for missed event dates.

Return Policy

Please note that all returns are subject to a 5% “return fee.” The client is responsible for all associated return shipping costs and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns cannot be accepted further than fourteen (14) business days after the original order’s shipping date. Exhibits Solution does not accept the return of used products or any custom-made graphic prints or products.

Order Cancellation

Please note that all cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Custom manufactured products or printed graphics will accrue costs related to the order until cancellation. These include, but are not limited to, materials used, labor extended, and custom prints created.

Warranty Information

At Exhibits Solution, we stand behind our products.! All of our products and accessories are covered under warranty to be free from defects in hardware material and manufacture if used correctly in normal conditions. Under this warranty, we are limited to correcting or replacing, at our discretion, any hardware or parts that must be returned to us. This warranty does not apply to any products that must be replaced because of normal wear, subject to misuse, negligence, improper installation or accident, or altered by someone other than Exhibits Solution. Any units damaged during shipping or transportation will be covered by us if shipped on our account. Any units damaged during shipping or transportation on an account other than Exhibits Solution will be the carrier’s responsibility.

Warranty Terms

Any damage that may have occurred during shipping must be reported within three (3) business days of the delivery acceptance being signed. Failing this condition, any future reports or claims are treated as claims or warranty and are subject to the terms and conditions of our standard warranty.

At Exhibits Solution, we guarantee the function and quality of our products, provided they are used in accordance with the illustrations featured on each product’s included instruction sheet. This covers general “wear and tear.” We guarantee repair and/or replacement where product failure occurs due to a defect or error at the manufacturing or assembly stage of production.

Please note that our warranty explicitly does not cover product failure or damage due to mistreatment, incorrect execution of directions on user instruction sheets, incorrect usage, loss, theft, deliberate destruction, unauthorized alteration, natural disasters, or vandalism. In the event of a dispute of warranty, Exhibits Solution reserves the right to the final decision on the nature and cause of damage and the appropriate and applicable warranty response.

Warranty Period

Our products are warranted for the lifetime of each product against manufacturer’s defects as it applies to materials and construction of the hardware. Each product should arrive in new, working condition. Products carry the warranty specified for that category:

  • Hardware: Two (2) years
  • Graphics: One (1) year
  • Lights: One (1) year
  • Power Supplies: One (1) year
  • Digital Kiosks: One (1) year
  • Shelves: One (1) year
  • Bags: One (1) year
  • Cases: One (1) year

Standard Warranty

Don't hesitate to contact our customer service departmentif you experience any product issues under the warranty period. Upon calling, you will be asked a standard set of questions for our representatives to determine the nature of the failure and the appropriate response. Upon authorization, the product must be returned to Exhibits Solution within fourteen (14) days of RMA.

Out of Warranty

At Exhibits Solution, we offer continued support and service to our products after the standard warranty ends. Feel free to contact us if a product fails outside of the included warranty period. Our professional technical support team will provide you with all various options available to you, including the cost of service.

Exhibits Solution shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this website or the performance of the products, even if Exhibits Solution has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors

If an Exhibits Solution product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Exhibits Solution reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed of said product listed at the incorrect price. Exhibits Solution reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order has been canceled, Exhibits Solution shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions apply to you upon accessing the website and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Exhibits Solution without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous shall survive any termination.

Exhibits Solution may deliver notice to you through e-mail, a general notice on the website, or any other reliable method to the address you have provided to Exhibits Solution.

Miscellaneous

Your use of this website shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of New Jersey, Middlesex County, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this website (including but not limited to the purchase of Exhibits Solution products shall be in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, New Jersey. Any cause of action or claim you may have concerning the website (including but not limited to the purchase of Exhibits Solution must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Exhibits Solution's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Exhibits Solution may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Use of Website

Harassment in any manner or form on the website, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including an Exhibits Solution or other licensed employee, host, or representative, and other members or visitors on the website, is prohibited.
